DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Where We Deliver
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom and same as your credit card billing address. All other countries and some places in UK including the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, the Isle of Man, Anglesey, The Scilly Isles
and the Scottish islands carry a surcharge which you must find out from us by contacting us. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent
by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please
make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Free Delivery
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges free or as low as possible.
Standard delivery (one to two working days) is made free.
For an extra charghe we also offer immediate delivery for Greater London, guaranteed
next day delivery or other premium delivery services which are confirmed over
the phone only. Delivery charge varies by product type. Please call us for custom
special delivery.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, you see the delivery cost stated
as 0.0 or free. There are additional charges if you choose other delivery services
stated in paragraph above and these are not done through the website but over
the phone by calling 02077945151, or if you opt to have your product installed
or your old equipment taken away or exchanged. However, secure payments for
these charges can be made online in the website once confirmed over the phone.
We will not deliver to any other address other than the credit card billing address which will be checked during checkout process.
How we Deliver
Smaller products are generally delivered either by courier or by post. If your
product is one which is delivered by courier, you may be given the option of
choosing a premium delivery service for a small extra charge during the order
process.
Sensitive Studio Equipments, Plasma Screens and all other products and accessories
are packed appropriately and delivered using reliable and trusted courier companies
or by the manufacturer. For the items delivered by the manufacturer the delivery
may take longer and we may inform you about delivery dates as part of the order
process.
We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you our order
processing or order confirmation e-mail. Very occasionally different products
in the same order may be delivered separately.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive
(but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your
delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
Standard Postal and Courier Deliveries, normally one to two Working Days
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within one to two working
days of placing your order (to be safe, please allow a little extra during Christmas
and busy sale periods).
Immediate Delivery Services
For an extra charghe we also offer immediate delivery for Greater London, guaranteed
next day delivery or other premium delivery services which are confirmed over
the phone only. Delivery charge varies by product type. Please call us for custom
special delivery. We use the word "immediate" above fairly as meaning
"as quickly as practically possible". This facility is to cater to
our business customers, studios and customers who can afford the additional
cost involved.
You can track your order right to your doorstep by calling us and requesting
the Shipment or Courier Tracking Number for your order delivery. Standard courier
deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed
for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card
with a contact number for you to call. Due to new UK regulations we can only ship to the cardholder billing address
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in
this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors
beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you
if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands or if you apply
for credit (we need to receive your signed application form back before we can
process your order; this can add 5 working days).
Tracking Your Order
You can track the progress of your order by logging in and then going to My Account.
We offer a high quality, efficient and speedy installation service for many
large Professional Equipments and Systems. Free installation is not included
unless explicitly stated during the order process. Installation is therefore not implied in any manner whatsoever. It is subject to additional
terms and conditions which you must read before you order: Installation includes:
* Your product unpacked and checked.
* Product positioned and set up for you.
* Safe, secure, installation.
* In case of software: it is registered and set up.
* Product tested in front of you (Some equipment often have a run-in period.
Please refer to the Manufacturers Specification for guidance).
* Any unusual product features explained to you.

Our installation charges are decided based on equipment and distance from London. They are in addition to the delivery
charge for the product.
Old Equipment
For many larger products we offer to remove your old equipment for a reasonable
extra charge. IMPORTANT: Your old equipment must be electrically safe for un-installation. We may even offer to buy back your older equipment based on our own assesments.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.
If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been despatched
by using our order tracking facility (simply log in and then go to .My Account.).
If your order is not en route to you, please e-mail us at sales@2mix.co.uk
or telephone 02077945151. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged
or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.

Cancellations
You can cancel your purchase at any time in the same day before 6pm or next
mornig before 11am. Because all our products are despatched same day, we cannot
cancel free of charge if the cancellation is made later than the time frame
stated above. For refunds made thereafter there will be handling charges and/or
cancellation charges details of which are handled on an individual basis. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
* returning the product to one of our stores (please bring your receipt with
you and the card you paid with, so that it can be credited);
* following the “Returns” instructions in your 2mix delivery documentation;

* phoning us on 02077945151 - please have your order reference number and delivery
details to hand;
* writing to us After Sales, Pro Acoustic Limited, 180 Finchley Road, Hampstead,
London NW3 6BP.
Your product must be complete, unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you
have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging
or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original
box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidiscs
and other software must be sealed. Any Free Gifts received with the product
must also be returned.
You will receive a full refund, if the item is brought to the store unused
without cancellation charges. Purchases made with a Credit card or Debit Card
will be refunded into the same card account only. Pro Acoustic Limited
reserves the right to charge any bank charges we may incur in the process of
cancellation from the customers credit card or bank account. In the
website the cancellation is free of charge if made within same day of purchase
before 6pm. or following day before 11am for purchases made after 6pm. Cancellation
is free of charge provided you return the product to a store, arrange for it
to be collected from the delivery address. If you choose another method of return,
you must bear the costs.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
* you return your product to a store without proof of purchase;
* there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using
the services (this would include, e.g. a software contract, financed purchase,
but not an extended warranty service agreement);
* We feel the product eg. audio DJ equipment or amplifier has been used for
an overnight party in which case no exterior usage is seen but the customer
has transgressed the ethics of not having used the product.
* the seal has been broken on any software including games; or
* the goods were a special order to your specification.
Return of Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual
circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product withing 12 months of delivery (or other
defect with your order), we will offer a prompt repair service. We will always
offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28
days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
* in otherwise “as new” condition; and
* complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible,
the original box and packaging).
Please return the product to a our store or send it to us or phone Aftersales
on 02077945151 (9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday)
to arrange a collection. If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact
us after you return to the UK.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal
wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. non-rechargeable batteries, light
bulbs, cartridges etc) the guarantee period is as stated by the manufacturer
and consumable items like light bulbs carry no replacement guarantee beyond
a week from delivery. Such items will always be specified as carrying nil or
limited warranty in the product description.
If a pre-recorded videotape, DVD, CD, minidisc or other software is faulty
under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your
money.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable
delivery charge. We will also pay for our costs of collecting goods for replacement
or refund if they are not taken into a store. Replacement goods are sent by
standard delivery only (i.e. premium services are not available) Our website is powered by Protx VPS system.
